Yesāif your piece has a standard 14mm or 18mm female joint (where a bowl typically sits), youāre good to go.

Remove your bowl, insert the adapter into the joint, attach your PAX FLOW/ERA, add water as usual (keep the waterline below the joint), and inhale through the mouthpiece on your pipe.
Water adds slight resistance versus direct draws, but the airtight seal helps maintain smooth, consistent airflow.
Let the adapter cool, then rinse with warm water and mild soap. For tougher residue, use isopropyl-alcohol wipes on non-porous parts and rinse thoroughly. Avoid long soaks if any silicone is present.
Yes, it will still function as a pass-through adapter, though the main benefit is the cooling and smoothing from water filtration.
