Free Gifts

Not all products include free gifts because of logistical reasons.

When your order is eligible for free gifts, you will see them available in the cart.

If no free gifts are offered then your order is not eligible for gifts.

The user is responsible for adding and choosing his free gifts and add them to their order.

No gifts will be sent if the user forgets to add the gift items to order.

Shipping Policy

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over $49 within the United States. Note: There is no weekend pickup or delivery.

  • Free shipping is not available for international orders outside the US, US territories, and Canada. 

  • We ship to all countries except Mexico and countries in South America. Sorry 🙁 

  • Some vaporizers may not ship to certain countries.

Signature Required

A signature is required upon delivery for orders over $200. An adult signature requirement is available upon request. Please contact us for further details.

International Shipments

UPDATE: ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WITH THE EXCEPTION OF CANADA, ARE SUSPENDED for the time being. Hopefully we will reestablish international shipping soon. Please sign up to our newsletter or our social media platforms for any changes on this situation. We are very sorry.

International clients with multiple items in their cart, please send order to help@thestashshack.com for an accurate quote.

International shipments are sent via USPS and Fedex. International transit time displayed on website or via tracking information is only an estimate and may incur delays due to the destination’s customs processing.

The customer is responsible for any and all customs, duties, taxes, brokerage or handling fees. These import fees are not included in your order total and are at the discretion of your country and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We recommend you check with your country’s Customs Office to determine what these additional costs will be, prior to making your purchase.

All prices and transactions on this website are in USD. You may be assessed currency conversion or other fees associated with this transaction by your bank or credit card issuer if your card’s currency is other than USD.

Unless specified otherwise, all vaporizers sold on thestashshack.com are 110v. Customers assume all responsibility for any defects which may occur from using converters or adapters.

Pennsylvania Tobacco Tax

Pursuant to Pennsylvania state tax laws (Tobacco Products Tax of the Tax Reform Code), all products on thestashshack.com are subject to a 40% tax when shipped to any location within the state of Pennsylvania. This tax amount does not include any additional state taxes that may also apply.

Discreet Shipping

To ensure your privacy, we ship all packages in a plain box with absolutely no product labels of any kind. The return label on your package will state “Shipping Department” or “TSS”, along with our address.

FAQ

Can you deliver to a P.O. Box?

Only if a USPS shipping method is selected during checkout. Couriers (FedEx) do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

How long will it take for my package to arrive?

Our team is working tirelessly to ensure rapid order processing times with same day shipping for most orders placed Monday through Friday, before 2PM EST. If you wish to obtain a guaranteed shipping or delivery date, please contact us.

"Green Package Protection" Shipping includes package protection at the same cost as before, with the additional benefit that your shipment is carbon neutral. By adding Green Package Protection to your cart, you're automatically taking instant climate action – no donation required.

How does Green Package Protection/Carbon Neutral Shipping work?
Route has partnered with Patch, a carbon credit marketplace, to facilitate the purchase of carbon credits to neutralize your emissions. Carbon credits represent a certified unit of carbon removal or avoidance delivered by environmental projects that can be purchased to naturally remove carbon from the air. Patch is a high-integrity carbon removal project that is vetted and certified by organizations like Gold Standard, Verra, Climate Action Reserve, and The American Carbon Registry.

Where is My Order?
Once your order has been fulfilled by our team, a shipping confirmation with a tracking number will be emailed. You can download  Route’s mobile app for iOS or Android to visually track your package and receive real-time notifications on its estimated delivery.

How Does Route Work?
If your Route-protected order ends up lost, damaged, or stolen, Route’s expert support team helps ensure that your order gets replaced or refunded as preferred. Claims will be reviewed for approval within 1-2 business days from filing.

How Does Route Process Refunds or Reorders?
Refunds: When refunding an item, Route covers the subtotal, shipping, and taxes if the merchant has Automatic Issue Resolution enabled.  

In both cases, the Route Premium cost will not be refunded. 

Reorders: Route will reorder the items, depending on in-stock availability. Unavailable items will be refunded. Route will cover the cost of any reorders including shipping, taxes, and Route Shipping Protection.

When Should I File a Claim?
Marked As Delivered (Stolen)

  • Claims will be reviewed no earlier than 5 calendar days and no later than 15 calendar days from when it was marked delivered. 
  • Please note, some order issues may require a police report to be filed.

Stuck In Transit (Lost)

  • For domestic orders, claims will be reviewed no earlier than 2 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from the last update. The maximum filing time is 365 days from the order date.
  • For international orders, claims will be reviewed no earlier than 20 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from the last update. The maximum filing time is 365 days from the order date.

Damaged

  • Claims for damaged items require photos of the packaging and item(s) and must be filed no later than 15 calendar days from when it was marked delivered.

What if My Order Never Arrives or is Stolen?
Route definitely helps cover these instances! To protect your order against loss or theft, add Green Package Protection at checkout.

What if My Order Arrives Damaged?
Route covers damage as well! To protect your order against damage that occurred during shipping, add Route Protect at checkout. 

If your order has arrived to you damaged, please take photos of the item and the packaging it arrived in to include in your claim when filing.

How Do I File a Claim for my Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Order?
If you insured your order with Route at checkout, you will receive a confirmation email from Route with a link to file a shipping issue. 

You can also file a shipping issue on Route’s app or via the web here. To file a claim, you will need your store order number OR Route ID number and the email address that was attached to the order.

Return Policy

Before placing an order through our store, we recommend carefully researching the product you intend to purchase. If you would like any additional information about a product before making a purchase, please contact us. We have a team of friendly, experienced, and very knowledgeable Service Representatives standing by who are happy to help you find the perfect vaporizer.

  • Should you receive a damaged item or suspect a defect, kindly refrain from returning it. Instead, reach out to our customer service promptly, and we'll gladly provide personalized assistance.
  • We welcome returns for all unused items, including electronics in their original, unopened packaging, within 30 days of placing the order. Please note that once a product has been used, even if only once, we are unable to process the return.*

Defective Products

If your product is defective DO NOT USE IT. Contact us immediately.

Customers are entitled to a replacement for defective products only during the manufacturer’s warranty period and in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty return policy.

Note: Certain manufacturers require that the customer process warranty claims with them directly.

Customers are required to pay all shipping costs associated with a defective product return, unless the product was received not functioning at the time it was received by the customer. Otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Missing / Damaged Items

If your product has missing parts or is damaged DO NOT USE IT. Contact us immediately.

Any purchases containing damaged items or which are missing must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. All glass products, components and accessories are not covered under warranty unless the product arrived damaged. Please contact us and we’ll take care of the issue immediately.

*If, upon inspection, a returned item is determined to have been used, it will be promptly disposed of. Regrettably, used items cannot be replaced, refunds cannot be issued, and measures will be taken to prevent any future orders from the respective customer account.

Return Instructions

All return packages must include an RA number, which can be acquired by contacting Customer Support. This will ensure proper processing of your return.

We are not responsible for items sent to us without an RA number. The RA number must be written on all sides of the packaging that the returned item is being shipped in.

We reserve the right to refuse or deny any return and may request additional information as a condition of the return.

With the exception of used glassware (whips), all accessories and product component parts must be returned with the unit.If the returned unit is determined to be operating normally upon inspection, we will need to ship the same unit back at the customer’s expense.

Returns will not be processed if the conditions of our Return Policy are not fully met.

Buyer must understand and agree to pay for all shipping costs associated with returning the item(s). This includes non-reimbursement of any expedited shipping services selected at the time of purchase.

We strongly recommend you insure your package as we are not liable for any product(s) lost or damaged in transit.

Please allow 2 weeks for the processing of your return once it has arrived at our facility.

International Customers

Our foreign return/exchange policy is implemented on a case-by-case basis. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us ASAP and we will try our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, you must follow the normal return procedure described above.
