The GRAV 16mm OctoTaster with Silicone Skin combines a compact borosilicate glass one hitter with a removable, shock-absorbing silicone sleeve for added protection and portability. Designed for flower, this pocket-friendly taster features a built-in glass screen, pinched ash-catching mouthpiece, and fold-over silicone bowl cap that lets you pre-pack the pipe and keep your material contained while carrying it.
At approximately 4 inches long, the OctoTaster is compact enough for everyday carry while its protective silicone exterior helps safeguard the glass from everyday bumps and drops. When it is time to clean, the entire silicone skin can be removed from the glass body.
The defining feature of the GRAV OctoTaster is its removable silicone skin. The silicone wraps around the borosilicate glass body to add grip and absorb impact from everyday knocks and accidental drops. It gives you the clean experience of a glass one hitter with an added layer of exterior protection.
The OctoTaster uses a 16mm glass body that provides more room than GRAV's smaller taster designs while remaining compact and easy to carry. Its approximately 4-inch length makes it a practical choice for quick flower sessions at home or on the go.
Instead of relying on a simple restriction inside the pipe, the OctoTaster features a built-in glass screen. The screen helps keep flower in the bowl and reduces the amount of loose material that can travel through the taster tube during use.
The silicone skin narrows around the mouthpiece to create a pinched ash-catching design. Combined with the internal glass screen, this provides an additional barrier between the loaded bowl and mouthpiece to help reduce loose ash and material during a draw.
The silicone skin extends beyond the bowl end of the OctoTaster to create an integrated fold-over cap. This allows you to pre-pack the bowl, cover it, and carry the pipe while helping keep your flower contained. When you're ready to use it, simply peel the silicone cap back from the bowl.
The combination of a compact glass body, protective silicone skin, and integrated bowl cap makes the OctoTaster particularly useful as a portable one hitter. The covered bowl helps keep material contained while the silicone exterior adds protection and grip during transport.
The entire silicone sleeve can be removed from the borosilicate glass pipe when it is time for a deeper cleaning. Separating the two materials lets you clean the glass body thoroughly while maintaining the silicone skin separately.
The GRAV 16mm OctoTaster is available with multiple silicone skin colors. Color availability may vary depending on current inventory, while the functional glass-and-silicone construction remains the same between variations.
