Add some color and handcrafted character to your setup with the Empire Glassworks Red Mushroom Bowl. Individually made from borosilicate glass, this compact art-glass bowl transforms the familiar red mushroom design into a functional 14mm glass bowl with UV-reactive details and the intricate lampwork craftsmanship Empire Glassworks is known for.
Measuring approximately 2.5" × 1.25", the Red Mushroom combines collectible glass art with practical everyday function. Its 14mm male joint fits compatible 14mm female water pipe connections, while the single-hole funnel-style bowl provides a simple, familiar flower setup.
Every Red Mushroom Bowl is individually handcrafted, giving each piece subtle variations that make it unique. The sculpted red mushroom cap, contrasting body, and dimensional lampwork details turn an everyday replacement bowl into a small functional art piece.
The Red Mushroom features a 14mm male glass joint designed to fit compatible water pipes with a 14mm female connection. This common joint size makes it easy to use the bowl as a colorful replacement or upgrade for a wide range of glass water pipes.
UV-reactive glass adds another dimension to the mushroom design. Place the bowl under compatible UV or black-light illumination to bring out its reactive details and give the piece an even more distinctive appearance.
Empire Glassworks crafts the Red Mushroom Bowl from borosilicate / Pyrex glass, a material widely used for functional glass because of its heat resistance and durability. The solid glass construction also provides a clean surface that is straightforward to maintain.
The flower chamber uses a single-hole funnel-style design for simple airflow and familiar everyday function. Its sculptural exterior adds personality without overcomplicating the traditional bowl setup.
At approximately 2.5 inches tall and 1.25 inches wide, the Red Mushroom adds detailed sculptural glasswork without becoming excessively large or cumbersome on your water pipe.
Unlike mass-produced replacement bowls, each Empire Glassworks piece is individually worked by hand. Small differences in color placement, shape, and glass detailing are part of the handmade character of the finished piece rather than manufacturing defects.
Empire Glassworks is known for producing handcrafted functional glass in California. The Red Mushroom Bowl continues that approach with detailed lampwork, vibrant color, and a design intended to function as both a usable accessory and a collectible glass art piece.
