The Empire Glassworks Galactic Glass Hand Pipe combines functional spoon-pipe design with the intricate handcrafted glasswork that has made Empire Glassworks a favorite among functional glass collectors. Measuring approximately 4.6 inches long, this compact dry pipe features detailed lampwork, glow-in-the-dark accents, a left-side carb, and durable borosilicate glass construction.
Individually handcrafted in Atwood, California, the Galactic turns an everyday glass hand pipe into a small functional art piece. Its compact 4.6" × 1.9" dimensions make it comfortable to handle and easy to store, while its detailed glasswork gives it enough visual character to stand out in a collection.
Each Galactic pipe is an individually handcrafted glass art piece. Rather than relying on a plain molded design, Empire Glassworks uses detailed lampwork techniques to give the pipe its distinctive appearance and character.
Because each piece is made by hand, small variations in the glasswork can naturally occur from pipe to pipe, adding to the individuality of each Galactic.
Detailed lampworked glass accents give the Galactic its space-inspired appearance. The layered glasswork adds depth, texture, and visual interest while preserving the simple functionality of a traditional spoon-style hand pipe.
The Galactic incorporates glow-in-the-dark glass details that add another dimension to the design after the lights go down. This feature makes the pipe especially appealing to collectors who want functional glass with unusual visual effects.
Measuring approximately 4.6" long × 1.9" wide, the Galactic offers a comfortable handheld size without taking up much room. Its compact dimensions make it easy to store while still leaving enough space for Empire Glassworks' detailed lampwork.
The Galactic is made from borosilicate glass, providing the durable glass construction expected from Empire Glassworks. Borosilicate glass is widely used for functional glass pieces because it handles temperature changes well while preserving a clean glass feel.
A left-side carb hole gives you direct control over airflow during use. Cover the carb while drawing and release it when you're ready to clear the pipe, providing the familiar operation of a traditional spoon-style glass hand pipe.
Empire Glassworks specializes in combining detailed artistic glasswork with everyday functionality. The Galactic follows that approach with a practical dry-pipe layout surrounded by intricate decorative work, making it equally suited for regular use or display in a functional glass collection.
The Galactic is handcrafted by Empire Glassworks in Atwood, California. Empire Glassworks has built its reputation around original designs, detailed lampwork, and functional glass pieces made with an emphasis on craftsmanship and visual character.
