The Opaque Bottom Quartz Insert keeps your rig clean. More than keeping your banger clean the insert is essential for enjoying low temperature dabs. The slit on the side will improve air flow inside the banger and will serve as a handle to easily handle your insert with your tweezers or pearl grabber tool.
On account of their structure, you never need to put an immediate fire on your Opaque Bottom Quartz Insert since that quick increment in temperature can cause thermal shock and potential split your insert. Also, when cleaning, ensure your ruby supplement is at room temperature in any case the fast temp change can cause thermal shock as well.
Measuring is significantly important too. These specific Opaque Bottom Quartz Inserts come in the most widely recognized insert size at 19mm external diameter. These are most appropriate for 25mm bangers. A decent general guideline is to have 1mm or more of space between the external distance of your Ruby Insert and the internal width of your quartz banger.
