Dynavap 2021 Vapcaps (Thermal Extraction Devices): Which One Is Right For You?

SO YOU’VE FALLEN IN LOVE WITH A DYNAVAP THERMAL EXTRACTION DEVICE (VAPORIZER) AND HAVE DECIDED TO BUY ONE FOR YOURSELF.

You hit the mighty search engine and start typing and voilà, it turns out, there are a lot of them and now you’re lost wondering which one to get. Or perhaps you already have one and just want to add to your collection. Let the Stash Shack guide you in your quest for the perfect DynaVap battery-less extraction device.

What’s New?

First off, DynaVap has plenty of products from previous years (all battery less) that have established their brand name and we all know them for their quality and well thought-out designs. 2021 has proved no different. This year, DynaVap released three particularly amazing products, each with their own “je ne sais quoi” appeal that makes them unique, useful, and Stash Shack approved: The OMNI, VONG, and M designs. Let’s take a closer look at these beauties.

What’s Similar?

As you can see, like all DynaVap products, these devices are all battery free. Each vape functions with an external heating device (being a torch lighter or an induction heater.) so there is no charging, just light up and go. All three can also be used interchangeably between dry herbs and concentrates (with DynaCoil –sold separately– for concentrates) and all three include a built-in grinder in the bowl. Simply introduce your DynaVap tip into your stash and twist. The serrated tip will grind your flower to the perfect consistency. These units also come with an airport (small holes) so you can control your hits with just the tip of your finger. So, whichever you chose, you won’t miss out on the exclusive DynaVap experience that characterizes the brand.

The M is a great choice for your first VapCap.

The VonG is great for pairing with waterpipes since the mouthpiece will fit 10mm and 14mm pieces.

The OMNI is the top of the line DynaVap and has great control over airflow options.

The OMNI has a twistable mouthpiece that extends or retracts the condenser into the back end of the tip. It’s an extra layer of session control as opposed to simple airports and includes an indicator for better visual regulation.

The extra length of the OMNI also provides cooler vapor for more comfortable vaping and includes a helical heat exchanging condenser for even more cooling effects.

What’s Different?

Let’s start with the material. Both the OMNI and the VONG are made from Titanium (at least the parts that come into contact with heat and vapor), whereas the M is made of Stainless Steel. Both metals are resistant to corrosion and have a shiny finish. Titanium is a bit lighter in weight and does have better corrosion resistance. Another added value of Titanium is that it can be anodized to create a layer that changes color when exposed to heat, bringing the capacity to customize your vape with any heat source. On the other hand, Stainless Steel is known to be stronger than Titanium; however, the differences are minor, particularly in a vaping scenario like with DynaVap, so material choice will boil down to personal preference. Please note that anything made of Titanium will be more expensive since it is a rarer metal than SS. Also note that the VONG has a contoured external wooden stem with an ergonomic shape that looks beautiful and keeps the heat away from your hands.

Another major difference is the mouthpiece. Both the M and the VONG have tapered mouthpieces that can fit into a water pipe. The M fits any 10mm and can be adapted to 14mm with the Fat Mouthpiece Adapter; the VONG will fit both 10mm and 14mm pieces without any adapters. Unfortunately the added value of a tapered mouthpiece is not available in the OMNI, so if you like versatility in your DynaVap, keep this in mind.

The most notable difference is, of course, the OMNI’s variable airflow control. Unlike M and VONG, the OMNI has a twistable mouthpiece that extends or retracts the condenser into the back end of the tip, allowing the alteration of intake airflow. It’s an extra layer of session control as opposed to simple airports and includes an indicator for better visual regulation. The extra length of the OMNI also provides cooler vapor for more comfortable vaping and includes a helical heat exchanging condenser for even more cooling effects.

So, as you can see, any DynaVap 2021 product will satisfy your vaping needs, the real question is, which one will satisfy your current DynaVap urge? That might be a little trickier, but at least now you know their differences and similarities so you can proceed to make an informed decision. And remember, you can customize your DynaVap even further with Glass Stems and accessories made specifically for the brand. We can’t wait to see what you decide to put in your cart. Happy vaping!
